This Red Eye trip to Covington GA will depart on Friday 10/17/2025 at 10pm from Sam's Club at Southridge in South Charleston and offer a pick up in Beckley. (Additional pick up locations along the route may be offered with sufficient demand)

We will arrive Saturday Morning October 18th. Travelers would have free time to explore on their own and then meet the group for the Mystic Falls Vampire Stalkers and Main Street Trolley Tours. Times will be confirmed and updated soon!

Please note: Meals are not included.

Buses will depart Saturday at 9:00pm for return home.

A $75 per person non-refundable deposit/registration fee is required to reserve the seat and attractions. Full balance is due no later than 09/01/2025.

Seating preference can be requested but not guaranteed. Seating assignments will be given once full balance is paid by all members of the group

Rate includes: Bus transportation with WiFi and outlets, driver gratuity, admission to tours as detailed above, and tour guide gratuities.

*Refunds are only given if seat can be resold. At that time, the total amount paid minus the $75 deposit would be sent back to you. If Hope Tours and Travel must cancel the trip in its entirety, all monies would be refunded.

*If an overnight is required, weather related or otherwise, you are responsible for the additional hotel fees.

*No Alcohol or Smoking/Vaping (of any substance) are permitted on the bus.

*Hope Tours and Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler due to unruly or unsafe behavior.

Please note traveler is responsible for any Vomit/Sick Fees charged by charter company of up to $400 per occurrence
