This trip to New York City will depart at 8pm on Thursday 12/18/2025. We will arrive early Friday morning 12/19/2025. Buses will depart the city on Sunday 12/21/2025 at 2pm.

Our standard pick up locations for this trip are Charleston, Clarksburg and Beckley.

If we have sufficient requests for other locations we will add Barboursville, Morgantown and Lewisburg.

**Departure times may be adjusted and dependent on pick-up location.

Our “freshen up stop” will be a Marriott property outside the city. This will allow us to avoid the travel plaza crowding issue and reduce that stop time. (The freshen up rooms are an additional rate of $115 per group and optional)

A $100 per person non-refundable deposit/registration fee is required to reserve the seat and room. Full balance is due no later than 45 days out from departure on 11/03/2025.

Bus drop off and pick up will be at the Marriott Marquis hotel. Rooms will NOT be ready upon arrival, luggage will be stored by the hotel and then delivered to the rooms after the 4pm check-in time.

Seating preference can be requested but not guaranteed. Seating assignments will be given once full balance is paid by all members of the group.

Rate includes: Bus transportation with WiFi and outlets. Two nights Marriott Marquis Times Square hotel accommodations. The handling and storage of ONE piece of luggage. Any luggage pieces above the allowed one piece per person will be subject to an additional $20 fee. (Luggage fees are a mandatory per piece charge by Manhattan hotels for all group arrivals of more than ten people).

  • $625 Per Person - Quadruple Occupancy

  • $695 Per Person - Triple Occupancy

  • $845 Per Person - Double Occupancy

    (Occupancy is number of people sharing the same room) Quadruple and triple occupancy rooms will provide two beds. Double occupancy rooms will provide one King bed.

*ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Refunds are only given if seat/room can be resold. At that time, the total amount paid minus the $100 deposit would be sent back to you. If Hope Tours and Travel must cancel the trip in its entirety, all monies would be refunded.

*If an additional overnight is required, weather related or otherwise, you are responsible for the additional hotel fees.

*Driver Tip will be collected at check-in. Tip is optional but appreciated. $5-$10 per person is standard.

*No Alcohol or Smoking/Vaping (of any substance) are permitted on the bus.

*Hope Tours and Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler due to unruly or unsafe behavior.

**Please note traveler is responsible for any Vomit/Sick Fees charged by charter company of up to $400 per occurrence**
